Session Details
All therapy sessions are 50 minutes long, and you can choose to meet in‑person,
online, or by phone.
Pricing
The rate for each session is $150/hour (including couple/family
sessions).
I offer a small number of reduced‑rate sessions for people in our community who truly need help but are facing financial hardship. If this might apply to you, please reach out.
These slots are limited, and there is often a waitlist, so contacting early helps.
Insurance
Please be sure to check with your insurance provider about whether or not counselling is covered by your current plan (sometimes referred to as clinical counsellor, counselling therapist, or psychotherapist).
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours notice. We understand things come up—but for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full session fee, especially since there may be someone on the waiting list who could have used the slot.
